I don't have a video up at all. >:O I'm also not an expert at this fight but here's a few things I've learned and observed than might help you out. :3 I've only experienced the first 1/3 but it seems like just more dodging and not falling off for the later parts of the fight. PLEASE TELL ME IF SOMETHING IS WRONG OR ADD YOUR OWN EXPERIENCES!

ALSO! ACCURACY IS THE SAME AS COIL! Need dat Accuracy.

Unlike hard mode, when he does his first super move (I dunno what you call those) the railings will get destroyed. You MUST be at the opposite end of the barge when he slams down or you get washed out to sea, never to be heard from again. We discovered dead bodies do slid off, so you must raise people before he slams down again!

Start of the fight is just attacking his head and biding your time until his first dive. When he does he'll come up on he west side for the first time (all others are random it seems). You can tell where he'll come up from the spouts of water that shoot up from the ocean. The first time he will only slam down (no dashes yet). For all of his diving phases you want to be close to the middle so you have enough time to dodge his slams and dashes.

After his first slam his tail spawns. Bards are always on the tail, attacking his head causes massive damage for them. Mages on head. Close-Range DD usually attack tail due to positioning.

Adds will spawn. Just kill them.

Apparently there is an attack he will use after adds spawn. It deals with tank positioning and since all the tanks I have seen have been in the corner I believe that's it. (NOT SURE THOUGH I AM NOT A TANK.)

He will use and AOE called Tidal Roar. It doesn't hit too hard yet but it'll make your screen watery.

After the AOE he'll jump over the barge and drop some water bombs on party members, which if we are split up we deal with less in each area. These do a large amount of damage and inflict heavy so try to avoid them at all costs. As soon as he hits the water he will dash across vertically. He will start on the side he was closest to. One hit from this dash will take away half your hp it seems and since he does two in a row and they take some recovery time, if you don't dodge it well you may very well die. He'll take one half of the barge up vertically so if you are in the center you only have to dodge a little bit. After the two dashes he will slam against the barge again.

At this time a debuff will spawn. It's normally on the OT. I believe it's highest hate on the tail. Anyway, the debuff is Briny Mirror. This causes whoever has it to give debuffs to healers when they heal them. The debuff the healers get will build stacks. As the stacks build the shorter the range of heals become and if it reaches 16 stacks they can't heal. The way to avoid this is SS, Regen, and Eos. None of these build stacks. If they really need a heal then make it a big one. :3

A little time after the slam is when another add spawns. This asshole…Can seriously screw everything up. It's a caster type Sahagin. He has two attacks that can crew up the entire fight. Both will fear you. Dread Storm is a puddle he'll put on the ground. It will fear you when you walk through it and when you are forced to run around in random directions, it will renew if you happen to go through it again. DREAD STORM MUST BE SILENCED. He'll put tons of these things down and while it might not seem too big a deal it is when you start dodging dashes. He also has Dread Wash. DREAD WASH MUST BE STUNNED. This is an unavoidable AOE fear to the party. Neither of these is fun. Trust me.

He'll do those line attacks based on tanks again. Then Tidal Roar again. Then two dashes and a slam.

After that, there will be four Briny Spumes (or w/e they are called, I will call them spheres). These must die like Ifrit nails. They will drain the consoles energy and you need it passed 30% to survive the super move. While killing these Leviathan will do his tidal roar, 2 dashes, and slam. (At this point I saw him actually dash horizontally across the barge through the middle to be careful.) After that cycle there is apparently about 20 sec. left to kill the spheres.

When he jumps again he will will only dash once and then use his super move. At this point, like hard mode, you will turn on the machine (apparently right when he hits the water after the dash.). This will create the shield and you'll live if you killed the spheres in time. The barrier is now broken, and you can slide off. Also, his Tidal roars do more damage. So after the move, heal up and prepare to run to one side because he slams the barge right after his super move.

He'll tidal roar once and then two adds will spawn. After his second tidal roar he will do his normal 2 dashes and a slam. There is a chance of a Caster sahagin appearing again (it is possible to skip though.)

After he will get briny spheres again. 4 yellow. 4 blue. The blue will be at the center. Stay on the outside away from Leviathan. I guess they explode. This phase (other than that) is the same as the other briny sphere phase and once you do this it's rinse and repeat.

Super fun fight! I'm excited to beat it! Hope this helps some people, I'm bad at words and stuff. This should help a bit to get people started learning it though. Again, let me know if you think something should be changed. I'll probably draw pics later of something to try and show better what I mean about his dashes and stuff. Thanks guys! :D Good luck out there~!

Actually that Image is pretty nice. However, trying to remember when he 'll be at what time is crazy, as you lose track of north and south after the first. At least I do. Easier to just look for water pillar. Nice to show the positioning of stuff though :D Ty Joey!

Don't let the image scare you! It's a lot simpler than it appears. And once you try it out the image will start making sense. I'll try to do a less complex one today.

Yeah the image is really not that bad when you actually read everything. It's just very thorough and tries to be very specific on areas you need to be and so forth.

Here is a video of ShinRa, EU FC that plays on Phoenix. I have been following them for a few weeks now and learning a lot from their guides, etc.
Anyways, they were their server's first to clear Leviathan Ex, World fourth to clear it, and EU 1st to clear it.

Thought you all might find it useful and interesting.
