Mr. Happy's Ifrit Extreme Guide:

I think Mr. Happy's guide is too generic and I don't like how they run a healer all the way around the arena so many times or how they tank swap so I'm going to make an in-depth guide of my own.

Phase1 - (Vulcan Burst, Searing Wind, Eruption, Phase1 Nails, Hellfire)
Mark Healers 1 and 2.
Tank 1 pulls Ifrit north-ish. Tank2 positions along wall to east, slightly greater than 90 degrees.
One healer East and the other West, just outside the range of Vulcan Burst.
DPS wait for first Vulcan Burst, then go in. (this saves stoneskin in case you get hit with an eruption)

Searing Wind is next.
Eruptions come quickly after searing wind. DPS run straight south. If you run out of room, run east or west out of the eruption, then back to the center before running back north to Ifrit to ensure you don't get hit by a healer's searing wind.

Phase1 Nails
DPS start east/clockwise. Ranged stand together near middle so that a single Cure3 can heal you all to full. If healer 2 has searing wind, melee should go west/counter clockwise. Getting 2 nail debuffs close together isn't a big deal as long as the healers aren't having to move.
Tanks dps the north nail to ensure that you don't push Ifrit too quickly.
(He will jump early at a predetermined hp value and give you much less time to dps the nails if you push him too fast. I assume this mechanic is to ensure you can't skip phases).
Searing Wind will continue swapping and he will use a single Eruption on the off-tank that he needs to run out of.

Phase1 Hellfire
When he jumps after nails, stack near middle except for current tank to make it easy to hit everyone with Cure3 but not get cleaved as soon as he turns to the tank.

Phase2 - (Plumes, Searing Wind, Charges, Searing Wind, Eruptions, Searing Wind, Eruptions, Phase2 Nails, Hellfire)
Whichever tank ended with Ifrit before the jump pulls him to the NE to prepare for the first Plumes. Healers run SW to prepare for plumes.

After plumes, one healer will get searing wind and should stay to the southeast and get inside the third Ifrit. Run clockwise as soon as the first one charges. The other healer should run to the group and run clockwise with the group. When the charges are done, you will be left with one healer on the northwest, and the other to the southeast. Perfect positioning for the rest of the phase.

Tank runs back north and pulls Ifrit near 2 o'clock, DPS position behind him for two sets of searing wind/eruptions.

Phase2 Nails
Similar to Phase1 nails. The tanks should attack the two nails closest to them, the ranged DPS should begin clockwise, ignoring the two nails closest to the tanks. Melee have to be extra careful to be on the opposite side of the arena from searing wind because Vulcan Burst could knock them into the healer here. Ranged DPS stack near the middle again for cures and so that vulcan burst knocks them straight down the center and not at a healer. If chained, you can let the debuff sit at 3 stacks without a problem. If a melee gets chained he should try to keep the debuff under 6 and attack nails close to ifrit, but continue to switch sides when searing wind does.

After the nails are down, stack in the middle again for Phase2 Hellfire.

Then simply repeat Phase2 almost exactly…
On the third set of nails, melee dps will have to switch sides a couple times to avoid searing wind and vulcan burst knocking them into searing wind. Alternatively you can put the melee on the middle nail exclusively. Just be sure not to kill it while other nail debuffs are up or the tanks might take too much spike damage.

And that's it!

Conversely, you can make the fight extremely easy to heal with one simple trick:

Is it weird that all my phase1 drawings look like clown faces?
